The firm’s real estate lawyers have established an active and sophisticated transactional practice.  The firm represents private and institutional developers and financial institutions, as well as non-resident real estate investors and multinational corporations. The firm’s attorneys have structured, negotiated, and documented a wide range of complex real estate transactions.  The firm also has extensive experience in real estate receivership and provisional remedy matters.  This broad experience has provided the firm with a foundation that permits it to analyze and structure complex acquisitions, exchanges, sales, leasebacks, partnerships, joint ventures, long-term ground leases, and management, development, and financing transactions. This experience has application in virtually all areas of real estate development, including but not limited to the subdivision of land, condominiums, co-ops, conversions, industrial and office complexes, regional shopping centers, resorts, planned unit development projects, and low cost income housing (Section 42) projects.
