Sean Ma joined Turner Friedman Morris & Cohan in 2018 and practices civil litigation.
During law school, Mr. Ma was a corporate counsel intern in the legal, ethics, and compliance department at Roche Molecular Systems, Inc., a division of F. Hoffmann-La Roche. Mr. Ma also worked as a law clerk at A.V.E.L.A., Inc., where he focused on copyright and trademark issues in the 9th Circuit and internationally. Prior to joining Turner Friedman Morris & Cohan, LLP, Mr. Ma practiced in areas of commercial, intellectual property, and employment litigation.
Mr. Ma obtained his B.A. from the University of Arizona and his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law with a concentration in intellectual property. He also served on the San Diego Journal of Climate & Energy Law, and volunteered in the domestic violence division of the Legal Aid Society of San Diego. Mr. Ma is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
