Jenny Guzman is a litigation associate at Turner Friedman Morris & Cohan, focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation. She represents Fortune 500 companies, multinational corporations, private entities, and individuals, and practices in both federal and state court.
Ms. Guzman has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, including briefing motions for summary judgment, arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, discovery, and trial preparation.
While in law school, Ms. Guzman was a legal intern at Colony Capital, a global private equity firm. She also received the “Top First Year Brief Award” in law school, which is awarded for the best written work in Legal Research & Writing.
In addition to her civil practice, Ms. Guzman has an active pro bono practice and has reached favorable outcomes for individual clients and has worked with several non-profit organizations.
Ms. Guzman enjoys playing tennis and practicing yoga. She is fluent in Spanish.
